最近我发现了妈妈会到家总是看手机。手机不仅对眼睛不好、还影响我学习和休息。还有我和妈妈的沟通越来越少，以前我不开心的时候，她总是开导我，逗我玩。这几天我给妈妈说话都不理我了，我很伤心。
Recently, I found out that my mother always looks at her mobile phone when she gets home. Mobile phones are not only bad for my eyes, but also affect my study and rest. And my mother and I have less and less communication. When I was unhappy, she always enlightened me and amused me. I haven't paid attention to my mother these days. I'm very sad.
我准备给爸爸和妈妈开个家庭会议，告诉他们，妈妈一回到家都做什么？比如几点做饭，几点陪我运动，几点洗衣服。回到家几点干什么？我也给她安排好。睡觉前我们一起聊天、说说今天发生有趣的事，可能这样我们大家都会忘记玩手机了。
I'm going to have a family meeting for mom and dad and tell them what mom does as soon as she gets home? For example, when to cook, when to exercise with me, and when to wash clothes. What time do you go home? I arranged for her, too. Before we go to bed, we chat and talk about the interesting things happened today. Maybe we all forget to play mobile phones.
