停电的乐趣英语日记

　　星期天晚上我去妹妹家玩。我们一开始玩飞碟，玩好了飞碟又玩起了公主宴会，玩着玩着突然屋子里面一片漆黑，原来是停电了。爸爸说停电可能是外面狂风暴雨引起的，我的心里非常害怕，于是和妹妹抱在一起。

　　I went to my sister's house on Sunday evening. At first, we played Frisbee, and then we played the princess banquet. Suddenly, the room was dark. It turned out that there was a power failure. Dad said that the blackout may be caused by the storm outside. My heart was very scared, so I held it with my sister.

　　就在这时舅舅来了，他马上去找蜡烛，因为太黑，舅舅找了很久才终于找到了。

　　Just then my uncle came. He immediately went to look for the candle. Because it was too dark, my uncle finally found it after a long time.

　　因为停电没事可做，我们就表演起了《白雪公主》的故事。妹妹当白雪公主，我演王后，妈妈帮魔镜配音。我们卖力地表演着，赢得了大家的掌声。

　　Because there was no electricity, we performed the story of snow white. My sister is snow white, I am the queen, and my mother dubs for the magic mirror. We worked hard and won everyone's applause.

　　哈哈，看来停电时也可以做一些有趣的事啊。

　　Ha ha, it seems that you can do some interesting things when the power is off.
