  LoveIsDifficult

  Itisgoodtolove,butloveisdifficult。Foronehumanbeingtoloveanotherhumanbeingisperhapsthemostdifficulttaskthathasbeenentrustedtous—theultimatetask,thefinaltestandproof,theworkforwhichallotherworkismerelypreparation。Thatiswhyyoungpeople,whoarebeginnersineverything,arenotyetcapableoflove:itissomethingtheymustlearn。Withtheirwholebeing,withalltheirforces,gatheredaroundtheirsolitary,anxious,upward—beatingheart,theymustlearntolove。Butlearningtimeisalwaysalong,secludedtimeaheadandfaronintolife,andissolitude,aheightenedanddeepenedkindofalonenessforthepersonwholoves。Lovingdoesnotatfirstmeanmerging,surrenderingorunitingwithanotherperson;itisahighinducementfortheindividualtoripen,tobecomesomethinginhimself,tobecomeworldinhimselfforthesakeofanotherperson;itisagreat,demandingclaimonhim,somethingthatchooseshimandcallshimtovastdistances。Onlyinthissense,asthetaskofworkingonthemselves,mayyoungpeopleusethelovethatisgiventothem。Mergingandsurrenderingandeverykindofcommunionisnotforthem,whomuststill,foralong,longtime,saveandgatherthemselves;itistheultimate,itisperhapsthatforwhichhumanlivesareasyetbarelylargeenough。

  这是我们来这里第二个星期了,渐渐地对这里有了一点熟悉,但是工作上事还是只能做一些简简单单,毕竟我们还刚来不久,等日子长了我们就会慢慢上手了。公司里面有自己一套人员培养政策,刚进来员工都是从学习开始。开始工作那就是繁琐,单调,每日重复单调繁琐工作,时间久了容易厌倦。象我就是每天就是坐着对着电脑打打字,接受一下公司快递,显得枯燥乏味。但是工作简单也不能马虎,必须具备坚忍不拔个性,遭遇挫折时绝不能就此放弃。

  有时候出来社会做事或多或少可看到一些比较现实的社会现象,感受到某些事情的无奈。这周就在前天上午,正当我坐着无聊的时候,一个中年男人走了进来,我看到了就很热情的招呼他,并为他又是倒水,又是请座。本以为是来购买材料的,不想他问我老板在不?我说老板出去了,有什么事就找我吧!当我回答后,他没说什么就起身说等老板回来再说。

  当时就觉的很蹊跷,事后才知道是过来想找老板拿回扣。这对我来说简直是无法接受的事,但老板还是给了,说现在生意难做,同行竞争厉害,不给木工点回扣,他就找理由说材料质量不行,不能用,故意跟你刁难,使交易不能达成。为了生意有时候也不得不牺牲点利润,我想这就是的一面吧,然而我却无可奈何。

  Theideaofhealthproblemslinkedtoalackoflightisnotnew。Scientistshavediscussedtheissuesincethebeginningofmedicine。Morethantwo—thousandyearsago,theGreekdoctorHippocratesnotedthattheseasonsaffecthumanemotions。

  Today,expertsdonotfullyunderstandS—A—D,andyettheyagreethatitisaveryrealdisorder。

  Totreatthedisorder,victimsofS—A—Ddonotneedtowaituntilspring。Expertsknowthatplacingaffectedindividualsinbrightlighteachdayeasesthecondition。Thereareotherthingspeoplecandotoeasetheproblem。Theycanincreasethesunlightintheirhomesandworkplacesandspendmoretimeoutdoorsinthefreshairduringtheday。

  Onestudyfoundthatwalkingforanhourinwintersunlightwasaseffectiveasspendingtwo—and—one—halfhoursunderbrightlightindoors。
