　　今天，妈妈教我煎鸡蛋。先把鸡蛋皮打碎，把蛋清和蛋黄放在碗里，切一点葱花放一点盐，和鸡蛋一起搅拌均匀。打开火，调到中火，锅里放油，油热了倒入蛋液，这边煎熟了再翻到另一边煎熟，还起泡泡呢。把鸡蛋饼盛到盘里就可以了吃了。我吃了一点说：“原来自己在家做的菜是这么好吃啊。”我今天又学会了煎鸡蛋，知道了自己做的菜是非常好吃的。
